Your appointment
Your initial visit includes a detailed consultation, movement assessment and hands-on treatment tailored to your needs. Your practitioner will explain every step and create a personalised plan for your goals.
Session lengths vary depending on the treatment, but most appointments last between 30–60 minutes. Longer sessions are available on request.
We recommend arriving 5 minutes early to relax, settle in and complete any necessary forms.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement. For assessments or manual therapy, you may be asked to expose the area being treated.
