I qualified as a Manipulative Therapist in 1978, with a specialist interest in sport related injuries. In 1982 I qualified in the field of manipulative therapy, which involves the manipulation of spinal vertebrae and joints. Due to my interest in sport, I was always fascinated about injuries and the rehabilitation process and so this led me to a career in the Manipulative Therapist field.

Having a special interest in sport related injuries, it is very satisfying to get an injured sports person back to full recovery. Working with sports people you find that they are very willing to help themselves through the rehabilitation process.

In my work, the major challenges are relieving people’s pain and getting them back to full fitness. I treat a variety of problems in the clinic from spinal and joint disfunction to sport related sprains and strains. The gym attached to the clinic gives us the opportunity to take patients through the rehabilitation programmes.
Prior to working at Body Limits, I worked in Ireland and in the Republic of Cameroon where I was the personal Physical Therapist and Fitness Instructor for the President, Mr Paul Biya.

The staff at Body Limits are both friendly and dedicated and are all involved in some from of physical activity. This puts them in tune with the sports people who come here and the patients feel they are being treated by practitioners who understand their problem. I feel I could recommend any of my colleagues at Body Limits, having worked with them for a number of years.

Outside the clinic, I compete for Marshall Milton Keynes Athletic Club, over x-country and road and am a track official during the track season. I treat the players of Stony Stratford Town Football Club and Wolverton Town Football Club, during the football season.

I am a lifetime Manchester United fan and would love to work in their physical therapy department. I enjoy listening to music, especially Jose Feliciano and certain jazz musicians.

I enjoy working here as we have a good group of practitioners and the atmosphere is relaxed but professional. We all get on with each other, cross referring patients if we have a problem, which will benefit the patient in the long term.
