What is Body Limits?
Body Limits is a multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic based in Newport Pagnell. We provide physiotherapy, osteopathy, sports therapy, injury rehabilitation and a wide range of wellness and medical services to clients across Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and the surrounding region. Our team of qualified practitioners delivers personalised, evidence-informed care for people managing pain, injury, movement limitations and broader health and wellbeing goals.
How long has Body Limits been established?
Body Limits was founded in 1998 by therapist Mark Booth. With over 25 years of experience, we are a well-established part of the Newport Pagnell community. Leadership of the clinic has since passed to long-standing team members Lisa, Iona and Lauren, who continue the same commitment to personalised, high-quality care.
Where are you located?
We are based at 99 Wolverton Road, Newport Pagnell, MK16 8HX.
Do I need a GP referral to book an appointment?
For most of our services, no referral is required. You can contact us directly to book. Some specialist or medical services may require additional information or a health screening before your appointment. If you are unsure, get in touch and we will advise you on the right next step.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment using this link, emailing info@body-limits.co.uk or using the contact form on our website. We will help you identify the most appropriate service and arrange a time that suits you.
How long are appointments?
Initial consultations and assessments typically last between 45 and 60 minutes. Follow-up appointments may be shorter depending on the service and your stage of treatment. Your practitioner will advise on timings relevant to your care.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows easy movement. If you have any relevant medical records, scan results, referral letters or a list of current medications, please bring these along. It is also helpful to have thought about your symptoms beforehand — when they started, how they have changed and what makes them better or worse.
What conditions do you treat?
We support clients with a wide range of conditions including back and neck pain, sports and gym injuries, joint stiffness, post-surgical recovery, muscle strains, postural issues, mobility limitations, tendinopathies and more. We also offer wellness services for clients focused on recovery, performance and long-term health.
Are your services suitable for people who do not exercise regularly?
Absolutely. While we work with many active individuals and athletes, the majority of our clients are people managing everyday aches and pains, work-related discomfort or longer-term health and mobility concerns. Our services are designed to support people at all activity levels.
Can you help with long-standing or chronic pain?
Yes. Many of our clients come to us with conditions they have been managing for months or years. We take a thorough, personalised approach to understanding persistent pain and work with you to develop a management and treatment plan focused on improving your quality of life, function and movement.
Can I access more than one service at Body Limits?
Yes. One of the key advantages of our multidisciplinary approach is that you can access different services within the same clinic. Your practitioners can coordinate your care and ensure all aspects of your treatment and wellness plan are working together effectively.
Do you treat children and babies?
Yes. We treat patients of all ages, including babies and children. Our physiotherapists can assess and treat a range of musculoskeletal concerns from infancy through adulthood. Please note that we do not provide cranial physiotherapy.
